Larry Dick is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in analytical development, particularly in mass spectrometry. Currently serving as a Director at Merck since September 2009, Larry has held various roles including Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist, where significant contributions have been made towards the characterization of monoclonal antibodies and the optimization of peptide mapping methods. Prior experience includes a position as Scientist III at Medarex, Inc., where Larry developed innovative mass spectrometry-based techniques and authored numerous technical reports and standard operating procedures. Larry also spent time as a Visiting Researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and as a Graduate Assistant at Duke University, which complemented the academic background of a PhD in Chemistry from Duke University and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Scranton.
