Meng Xue

Meng Xue is a Senior Scientist at Merck, specializing in the structural-functional correlation of raw materials in consumer and food products. With a Master's degree in Grain Science and Industry from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Engineering from China Agricultural University, Meng previously served as a Principal Chemist at Ingredion Incorporated from 2016 to 2021. They led new raw material qualification processes and coordinated specification setting and measurement technology standards at global manufacturing sites.
