Michal Dezilovski

Michal Dezilovski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Merck since May 2023, Michal previously held the position of Finance Director at Takeda from March 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included serving as the L Shire Finance Head & Integration Lead during the Takeda/Shire integration. Prior to that, Michal was Finance Director at Boehringer Ingelheim (April 2013 - April 2015) and held multiple finance roles at Merck from 2004 to 2013, including Financial Planning Manager, Business Analyst, and Finance Analyst. Earlier career experience includes serving as Financial Controller at Eni and as an Auditor at EY.
