Robin Hayes

Robin Hayes, MBA, has extensive experience in operations management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Site QSIP Project Lead at Merck since May 2018, Robin oversees multiple Quality System Improvement Program workstreams and enhances processes through detailed mapping and collaboration. Prior roles include Director of Facilities and Operations at Novan, Inc., managing cGMP manufacturing support and facility operations, and Factory Focus Manager/Site Production Manager at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, directing significant teams and establishing strategic priorities. Previously, Robin held engineering positions at Tyco and BASF, where project scope development, process improvement, and environmental compliance were key responsibilities. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Hampton University and dual Master of Business Administration degrees in Organizational Management and Business Administration from Capella University and the University of Phoenix, respectively.
