Saswata Talukdar

Saswata Talukdar currently serves as a Senior Director at Merck, where the career has progressed through various roles including Director of CMD Discovery and Associate Principal Scientist since joining in May 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Scientist at Pfizer in the CVMED division from 2011 to 2015 and completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Diego from 2006 to 2011. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from West Virginia University School of Medicine, a M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Calcutta, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the same institution. Early education was completed at Don Bosco Park Circus.
