Sharon Dilling

Sharon Dilling is a life-long learner and communications executive with over twenty years of experience advising C-Suite executives in global and matrix organizations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Communications at Merck, having previously held senior roles at Melinta Therapeutics, Medtronic, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Sharon is PROSCI certified in change management and specializes in storytelling, internal communications, and crisis planning. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and are pursuing Executive Education at Columbia Business School.
