Kristin Miller

Director, Inclusive Culture at TAIT

Kristin Miller began their work experience in 2013 as a Department Coordinator and later as the Interim Conference and Events Office Administrator at Franklin & Marshall College. In 2014, they became a Graduate Assistant for the Honors Program at Villanova University. In 2016, they joined TAIT as an HR Assistant and gradually advanced to the roles of HR Advisor, Senior Manager of Team Advisor, Senior Manager of Inclusive Culture, and is currently serving as the Director of Inclusive Culture.

Kristin Miller obtained their high school diploma from Waterbury Arts Magnet School in 2009. Kristin then attended Franklin & Marshall College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre Studies and English. Afterward, Kristin pursued further education at Villanova University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theatre/Theater. In terms of certifications, they achieved a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in May 2021, and also completed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education during the same period. Prior to these certifications, Kristin earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in February 2020. Additionally, they hold the certifications of General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) Certified Practitioner and Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Certified Practitioner from Thomas International, obtained in June 2019 and May 2019, respectively.
