Wan Zhou

Wan Zhou, Ph.D., possesses significant experience in research and academia, particularly in the fields of analytical chemistry, nanosensing, and microfluidics. Having served as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2015 to May 2019, contributions included assisting with lesson preparation and conducting lab demonstrations. As a Research Associate, Wan Zhou focused on low-cost microfluidic devices for diagnosing infectious diseases and cancer, and developed quantitative bioanalytical methods. Currently, Wan Zhou is a Senior Scientist at Merck and a Guest Editor at Springer Nature Group, having previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso, along with a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Zhengzhou University.
