Xiaoran Xin

Xiaoran Xin is a Senior Scientist at Merck, bringing over five years of extensive research experience. Previously, as a Microbiologist II at Quaker Houghton, they independently designed and executed flow cytometry analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Xiaoran earned a PhD in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology from Penn State University, where they established the CRISPR-Cas9 method and published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals. Their earlier experience includes roles at the National Institute of Biological Sciences in Beijing and as an undergraduate research assistant at Soochow University, where they contributed to significant research publications.
