Yiwei Zhang

Yiwei Zhang is a Principal Scientist at Merck, where they support trial development of early oncology studies and biomarker analysis for late oncology trials. They have extensive experience in statistical consulting and advanced data analysis, having previously worked as a Senior Scientist and Associate Principal Scientist at Merck. Yiwei obtained a PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan, where they also served as a Graduate Student Research Assistant and Instructor. With strong computing skills in R, Matlab, and C++, they have developed predictive machine learning models and collaborated across various departments in clinical research. Currently, Yiwei is actively seeking full-time positions.
