Javier Arteaga Gutiérrez

Javier Arteaga Gutiérrez is a seasoned business executive currently serving as Presidente del Consejo de Administración at Operadora Merco since January 2015. Javier is also a Consejero at Centro Eugenio Garza Sada, with a management term from March 2023 to February 2025, and has been involved with Capitalismo Consciente México and Servicios de Agua y Drenaje de Monterrey IPD as Consejero since 2019 and March 2017 respectively.
