Sirlaine Branco

Sirlaine Branco is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Diretora de RH and CHRO at Mercos since March 2016, Sirlaine has a robust background that includes positions as General Manager at Forever 21 and General and HR Senior Manager at C&A Brasil. Additional experience includes serving as Training and Development Coordinator at Volkswagen do Brasil and HR Manager at Brasil Telecom. Sirlaine has pursued advanced education, including a Leadership Program at MIT Professional Education scheduled to conclude in December 2024, alongside a postgraduate degree in People Management from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from UNIPLAC, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
