Katarina Bäckman Hed possesses extensive experience in event production and project management, currently serving as the Executive Producer and Project Manager for The Sales Conference at Mercuri International Sverige since March 2017, where successful leadership led to significant increases in ticket sales. Recent roles include Executive Producer for "AI: Beyond the Hype" at Hed Management and Producer for the Avaus Expert Talks event, both highlighting strategic partnerships and innovative approaches to marketing.
