Annukka Tervo

Annukka Tervo is a Partner at Mercuri Urval, having joined the company in September 2008. With a background as a Work Psychologist, Annukka has taken on various leadership roles, including Team Leader, Chief Psychologist, and Head of Talent Management Services, while also serving as an internal HRD professional. Prior to Mercuri Urval, Annukka held positions at Aston University as an MSc student in Work Psychology & Business, and worked as an ESF Contracts Adviser at Learning and Skills Council, among others, gaining valuable insights into organizational culture and effectiveness. Annukka's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Helsinki, a Master of Science in Work Psychology and Business from Aston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
