Darcie Murray

Darcie Murray currently serves as Senior Vice President & Head of Americas at Mercuri Urval since February 2022 and is a member of the Membership & Engagement Committee for the Private Directors Association® since September 2020. Previously, Darcie held the position of Senior Managing Partner at Allen Austin from January 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes a membership at Houston Executive Advisors in early 2021 and a long tenure at Pedersen & Partners from March 2006 to January 2020, where Darcie held roles including Partner, COO & Head of North America and Chief Operations Officer. Darcie's career in executive search has involved leadership in various operational and client relationship positions across multiple international offices. Darcie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Houston and a Finance and Accounting Graduate Certificate from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
