Dirk Valgaeren

Dirk Valgaeren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector and human resources management. Currently serving as Global Practice Lead for the Public Sector at Mercuri Urval since April 2011, Dirk focuses on revenue growth, aligning services with market demands, and enhancing leadership effectiveness within public organizations. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant, Executive Coach, and Leadership Expert for EU institutions, HR Consultant at Limarex, and Business Consultant at Mercuri Urval, where a focus was placed on talent advisory and development. Dirk's career also includes a background as Sales Manager in the public sector at SD Worx, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco. Dirk holds a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven.
