Geir Lislerud

Geir Lislerud serves as a Partner and Global Sector Lead for Professional Services at Mercuri Urval since October 2013, where a focus on developing winning teams for clients has been a priority. Previously, Lislerud held various leadership roles within Mercuri Urval, including Group Director and Executive Director, where responsibilities included the management and development of prestigious management consultancy client relationships. Significant achievements include revitalizing the Bergen office into a full-service recruitment and HR consultancy. Prior experience includes serving as Chairman of FLO AS, overseeing substantial turnover growth and corporate restructuring, as well as holding senior positions at DnB NOR Bank ASA and various companies such as Lerøy Sjømatgruppen AS, where successful negotiations led to the sale of shares to Lerøy Seafood Group. Lislerud's educational background includes a degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and military officer training.
