Lesley Abery

Lesley Abery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consultancy and leadership roles, currently serving as Group Director at Mercuri Urval since January 2005. Under Lesley’s guidance, Mercuri Urval, a global people consultancy, has catered to prestigious clients including the European Commission, Microsoft, and Ikea. Prior to this, Lesley held various significant positions such as Vice President and Principal Consultant, also contributing as a member of the Board and Executive Practice. Additional experience includes running ABC Consulting as Owner and serving as Programme Director and Head of Marketing at BT Global Services. Lesley holds a BA Hons Degree in International Marketing from the University of Greenwich, with earlier education at North Walsham Girls Grammar.
