Mira Lioleva is an experienced leadership advisory expert currently serving as the Leadership Advisory Lead for China at Mercuri Urval since February 2024. Previously, Mira held the role of Organizational Development Consultant and Project Leader at Südwolle Group, where the focus was on implementing change management initiatives to foster a people-oriented leadership culture. Mira's early career includes a key role at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and work with CSAV Group Agencies, accumulating extensive experience in organizational transformation, logistics management, and business development across various industries.
