Simon Spindler

Simon Spindler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, talent advisory, and organisational development. Currently serving as the Director and Interim Head of Learning & Organisational Development at People and Performance Consulting Limited, Simon leads a team of 12 and spearheads projects related to behavioural frameworks, hybrid working, leadership development, and online learning for a 1500-staff organisation. As an Associate Consultant with Mercuri Urval since October 2019, Simon provides expertise in leadership and talent assessments and organisational change. Additionally, Simon has engaged with Curium Solutions on significant change programmes, including projects at Lloyds Banking Group, and has held key roles in various organisations, including Head of Consulting at AdVal Group plc and Managing Consultant at Hay Group. Simon's educational background includes a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and a solid foundation in sales management from early career roles at Jardine Cargo International and IBM.
