Yves Diant

Yves Diant is an experienced professional in the fields of executive search and leadership advisory, currently serving as a Delivery Team Leader at Mercuri Urval since December 2016. Key responsibilities include securing and developing delivery resources, managing project resourcing, and overseeing quality management within the management team. Yves previously held roles as Engagement Manager and Delivery Lead, focusing on project delivery, client partnerships, and comprehensive leadership acquisition projects. Prior to Mercuri Urval, Yves worked at BMW Group as an Authority and Diplomatic Sales Consultant, responsible for developing business with diplomatic entities and managing sales teams. Yves also has experience as a Policy Officer at the Diplomatic Mission to the EU, where networking and data analysis were central to the role. Yves holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Université libre de Bruxelles and completed executive education in leadership at Solvay Brussels School.
