Charles Blanchard

Charles Blanchard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the energy industry. Charles began their career as a Research Associate at Troika Dialog in 2006 before joining Resonant Hydrokinetics as a Lead Analyst in 2010. In 2011, they became the Lead Natural Gas Analyst at New Energy Finance, where they stayed until 2015. Charles then joined EDF Trading as an East Gas Analyst from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Mercuria Energy America, where they have held various roles including Gas Basis Analyst from 2017 to 2020 and Senior Gas Analyst from 2020 to present.

Charles Blanchard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Russian from Dickinson College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Later on, they attended Columbia | SIPA from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a Master's in Public Administration with a specialization in Energy Economics.
