Mike Merizio

Mike Merizio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Gas Regulatory Analyst at PSEG since September 2012. In this role, Mike monitors and analyzes natural gas transportation and storage contracts while advocating for favorable regulatory positions in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Previously, Mike held multiple principal staff rates analyst positions at PSEG, focusing on electric and gas cost of service studies, financial model development, tariff analysis, and contributing to significant projects like the $1.2B Energy Strong program. Prior to PSEG, Mike worked at The Linde Group as an Energy Analyst, the State of New Jersey as an Energy Procurement Analyst and Utility Management Analyst, and held roles in marketing and advisory positions. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Seton Hall University and a BS in Environmental Business & Economics from Rutgers University.
