Roshni de Silva

Roshni De Silva has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Roshni started their career as a Human Resources Vacation Student at Goulburn Murray Water in 2008. Roshni then went on to work as a Para Intern Consultant at Westaff before joining Monash University as an Administration and Marketing Officer. In 2010, Roshni joined Coles as a Human Resource-Graduate and later transitioned into the role of HR Advisor. Roshni then moved to Kmart Australia Limited as an HR Advisor before joining Vitol Group as an HR Manager (EMEA) in 2014. Most recently, Roshni has been working as the Head of HR (UK) at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. since 2019.

Roshni De Silva completed their education in two institutions.
