Shoaib Arif has extensive experience in finance and tax management. Shoaib is currently working as an Indirect Tax Manager at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A., where they are responsible for managing VAT returns, audits, and inquiries. Prior to this, Shoaib worked at Rockwell Automation as a Regional Financial Controller, Supervisor VAT, Senior VAT Compliance Specialist, Financial Accountant, and Interim VAT Accountant. In these roles, they handled financial reporting, tax responsibilities, VAT compliance, and provided technical accounting support. Shoaib has demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls, improving processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
