Amin Afzal has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on sales, strategic sales, partner and alliance experience, and enabling sales teams. Amin currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Mercurial Minds, where they lead a team in global markets to grow the business and focuses on telecom solutions, RPA hyper-automation solutions, and 5G solutions. Prior to their current role, Amin worked at Elixir Technologies, where they held various senior positions such as Senior Vice President of Sales for Europe, Asia, and Africa, VP Sales for the Asia Pacific region, and Business Development Manager. Amin Afzal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
