Terry Criner

Terry Criner has a diverse work experience, ranging from customer integrations to support management. Starting in 2005 at SOAPware, Inc., Terry worked as a Support Technician before moving up to the role of Interface Coordinator. In 2011, they became the Product Interface Manager, responsible for managing interfaces. Terry then transitioned to the role of Program Manager in 2016 until 2017. In the same year, at SOAPware Inc., they took on the position of Director of Operations, overseeing operations at the company.

In 2019, Terry joined SupplyPike as an Integrations Developer, working on integrating systems. Terry later became a Customer Success Manager, helping customers achieve success with the company's products. Currently, Terry holds the position of Sr. Customer Integrations Manager at SupplyPike, where they manage customer integration projects.

Terry Criner's education history begins in 2000 when they attended the University of Arkansas. Terry studied Computer Information Systems there for a year before moving on to NorthWest Arkansas Community College in 2002. While at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, Terry focused on Computer Science but did not obtain a degree. In 2003, Terry enrolled in Northwest Technical Institute, where they pursued a degree in Information Systems with a focus on Hardware and Networking. Terry completed their studies at Northwest Technical Institute in 2005. There is no mention of any additional certifications Terry Criner may have obtained.
