Yashojit Pandhare

Yashojit Pandhare has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on ERP consulting and implementation. Yashojit started their career at Jayat Technologies as an Individual Consultant, where they designed and developed a Mini-ERP for small businesses. Yashojit then joined Winspire Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Techno-Functional Consultant/Project Manager, where they worked on end-to-end implementations of Dynamics NAV for clients in the Trade and Distribution industry. Currently, Yashojit is working at Mercurius IT as a Director - Solution Architect, where they are involved in providing solutions, analysis, design, development, and support for Microsoft ERP projects. Yashojit has been heavily involved in over 5 end-to-end implementation projects for clients in the Manufacturing and Trade and Distribution industry.

Yashojit Pandhare completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in the field of Commerce from BMCC, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Yashojit then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Management (MCM) at Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies & Research from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Computer studies.

In addition to their formal education, Yashojit obtained certifications in the field of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In 2012, they received the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) certification for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 C/SIDE Introduction from Microsoft. The following year, in 2013, they obtained the MCTS certification for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Core Setup and Finance, also from Microsoft.
