Jon Harding

Jon Harding has worked in the software engineering industry since 2003. Jon started their career as the Owner of WebEdge Media in 2003, then moved on to become an Internet Services Manager at GraphicSource in 2004. In 2006, they were a Web Designer at Intouch Solutions, followed by a Software Developer role at RTS Financial in 2013. In 2010, they became an ASP.NET Web Developer at Forrest T. Jones.

From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Balance Innovations, starting as a Software Engineer, then becoming a UI/UX Architect, and finally a UI Team Lead. In 2020, they joined Sifted as a Director of Experience, and then became their Sr. Director of Product and Experience. Currently, they are the Principal Consultant at Aviron Software and the Director of Software Engineering at Mercury Broadband.

Jon Harding attended Pittsburg State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Commercial Graphics.
