Cynthia Ho

Cynthia Ho, CFA, CAIA, serves as a Partner and COO at Mercury Capital Advisors since February 2016, focusing on institutional fund placements for private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate across various global markets. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions in Private Capital Advisory at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and in the Investor Development Group at Actis, specializing in fundraising and investor relations. Earlier experience includes investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, where M&A and corporate finance advisory were key responsibilities, and an internship at Macquarie Bank in the investment banking division. Cynthia's education includes a Bachelor of Commerce/Law degree from UNSW, an exchange semester in Law at the University of Copenhagen, and a Mandarin Chinese course at Beijing Language and Culture University, complemented by the NSW Higher School Certificate from James Ruse Agricultural High School.
