Chelsea Koehler

Chelsea Koehler is a Senior People Partner at Mercury since March 2023, with a solid background in human resources and operational support. Previously, Chelsea served as the first People Business Partner at Rev from October 2016 to December 2022, where key responsibilities included supporting over 200 employees in Product and Engineering and collaborating with the Chief People Officer to establish a data-driven Business Partner function. Chelsea has also demonstrated expertise in recruitment and coordination roles at Rev and foundational experience in customer service and team management as a Shift Manager and Barista at Starbucks from July 2010 to November 2017. Chelsea holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Education from UC Santa Barbara.
