Madison Dalzell

Madison Dalzell serves as the Employee Communications Lead at Mercury since March 2023, previously holding the position of Internal Communications Manager at Ada from April 2021 to March 2023. At Ada, Madison developed engaging content and campaigns for internal employees, managed company communications strategies, and collaborated closely with various core internal teams, contributing to successful company events and change management strategies. Prior to Ada, Madison worked for McDonald's as an Internal Communications Manager, creating strategic communication plans for initiatives and overseeing the organization’s intranet management. Madison also gained experience at Holt Renfrew and Target, where responsibilities included managing internal communication channels, developing content plans, and enhancing employee engagement. Madison holds a Bachelor's degree in Honours Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
