Ragini Rajpal

Ragini Rajpal is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in community engagement and influencer marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Mercury since October 2025, Ragini previously worked at Feeld, where innovative leadership in community initiatives and partnerships drove significant user acquisition and retention, including the successful launch of the Friends with Benefits ambassador program. At Wealthsimple, Ragini played a pivotal role in developing the company’s first influencer marketing strategy and significantly enhancing the affiliate program's efficiency. Founder of Ragini Rajpal Inc., Ragini has supported brands in building inclusive communities while also holding previous marketing leadership roles at Uncle Studios and TKEES, where strategic initiatives led to substantial growth in audience engagement and revenue. Ragini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University, specializing in Managing People and Organizations, and completed the International Baccalaureate at Toronto French School.
