Norman Thompson

Norman Thompson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Communications, LLC since April 2017, bringing extensive experience in engineering leadership from previous roles at EchoStar Corporation, including Engineering Manager and Engineer positions spanning from February 2008 to October 2020. Prior to EchoStar, Norman held various technical roles within the United States Air Force, including Satellite Transmissions Systems Facility Chief and Satellite Maintenance Technician, where responsibilities included managing satellite communications systems and supervising personnel. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Excelsior University and two associate degrees in Electronic Engineering Technology and Electronic Systems Technology.
