Darren Isaacson

Darren Isaacson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as the Head of Legal at Mercury Engineering since September 2016. Previously, Darren worked as a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor at ESB from November 2011 to August 2016, providing legal advice across various sectors including energy, telecommunications, and regulatory law, while also serving as a legal advisor to multiple ESB business units. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Arthur Cox from 2004 to February 2013, with secondments to ESB Networks and Vodafone Ireland. Darren holds several qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration from Trinity College Dublin, a Certificate of Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Solicitor degree from the Law Society of Ireland.
