Alex Smith-Eivemark

Alex Smith-Eivemark is a seasoned professional in the film and animation industry, currently serving as a Production Manager and previously as a Production Coordinator at Mercury Filmworks® since July 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Development Manager at the Canadian Film Institute/Ottawa International Animation Festival from October 2018 to February 2020 and multiple positions at Mercury Filmworks® from February 2016 to October 2018, including Production Coordinator and Production Assistant. Alex also contributed as a TAC/Professional Development Assistant at the Ottawa International Animation Festival in 2015 and served as a Film Critic for The Charlatan from May 2012 to August 2015. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Carleton University, obtained in 2015.
