Kirk Ball

Kirk Ball is the current Venture Advisor at Mercury Fund. Kirk has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on retail solutions. Kirk has held various senior positions at The Christ Hospital Health Network and Kroger, where they were responsible for leading the development and execution of technology strategy, improving infrastructure technology, and transforming Lean processes. Kirk has also been responsible for attracting key technology talent to their previous employers. Ball is a innovative thinker, and has been responsible for creating and delivering award-winning innovation within the Kroger enterprise in the form of Temperature Monitoring, Digital Shelf Edge, Automated Production Planning and Kroger Video Management solutions.

Kirk Ball studied accounting and finance at Miami University, where they earned their AS and BS degrees. Kirk then went on to work as a systems analyst for a major corporation.
