Lisa Roberts has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Lisa began their career as a Consultant in Digital Marketing and Product Management at Starmount. Lisa then worked as a Senior Director of Product Management at Starmount before moving on to become the Director of Marketing at Adlucent. Lisa went on to work at Edgecase.io as the Vice President of Marketing, where they helped launch the business and grew it by an average of 100% year over year. Lisa then joined Civitas Learning as the VP of Marketing, where they repositioned the company as a leader in the "Student Success" category and grew qualified leads by an average of 200% year over year. Lisa also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Yonder, where they rebranded the business, built the marketing strategy and team, and grew commercial ARR almost 300% year over year. Lisa then joined FloorFound as the Chief Marketing & Product Officer, leading the marketing, product, and ecommerce teams to achieve significant growth in YoY ARR and GMV. Lisa also founded Great Catch Consulting, where they worked with various B2B technology businesses on go-to-market strategies and tools. Lisa served as a Strategic Advisor at MeBeBot, helping the company achieve its mission to enable a superior employee experience through AI-enabled chatbots. Currently, Lisa is working as the Chief Product Officer at Mercury, a venture capital platform where they partner with teams and leaders to help sharpen market focus, find growth opportunities, and build products that support company potential. Additionally, Lisa is a board member at the Andy Roddick Foundation, where they collaborate on communications and policy strategy and supports fundraising and volunteering efforts.
