Misha Govshteyn

Misha Govshteyn is a Venture Advisor at Mercury Fund. Misha has also served as Founder & SVP, Products/Marketing at Alert Logic, Director, Managed Services at Reliant Energy Communications, and Director, Advanced Technical Services at Insync Internet Services.

Misha has been instrumental in the development of new leadership teams and the restructuring of Product Management, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications programs. Misha led the deal team in the Click Security acquisition.

At Techstars, Misha served as a mentor to Distil Networks (raised $50M+), ZeroVM (acquired by Rackspace) and BitFusion (raised $8M+).
