Doug Wilson

Doug Wilson is an experienced insurance executive with a career spanning several decades in property and casualty claims management. Currently serving as the Branch Claims Manager at Mercury Insurance since November 2015, Doug oversees field and inside teams across locations in Folsom, Camarillo, and San Diego, California. Prior to this role, Doug worked at Nationwide Insurance for thirteen years, holding positions such as Property Claims Manager and Titan Claims Director, where responsibilities included directing casualty and material damage claims in California. Doug's career began at California State Auto Association as a Claims Representative, followed by a managerial role at USAA, contributing extensive expertise in claims management and operations. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
