Android Developer at Mercury Intermedia

Reid M. has worked in the software development field since 2007. In 2007, they were an intern at Vanderbilt University as part of the SiPHER program, where they programmed in the nesC language and created GUIs for applications. In 2008, they were an intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where they translated an AJAX program into Flash. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee as a Programmer and at Atiba Software, LLC as a Developer. At Atiba, they were the sole developer for the LifeWay DevoHub App. From 2015 to present, they have been an Android Developer at Mercury Intermedia, where they have been responsible for writing, maintaining, and reviewing code for multiple platforms, delivering APKs via continuous integration using Jenkins, and communicating with RedBull to accomplish tasks. Reid'swork at Mercury Intermedia has been recognized with the 2017 Google Play Award for Best TV Experience.

Reid M. completed their B.S. in Computer Science: Software Systems from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Ezell Harding Christian School from 1998 to 2004. In 2010, they obtained a Sun Certified Java Programmer for Java 6.0 certification from Sun Microsystem.
