Mercedes Austin is an accomplished entrepreneur and mosaic artist, serving as the Founder and CEO of Mercury Mosaics since February 2002, where leadership has transformed the company from a startup into a thriving enterprise. In June 2023, Mercedes established the Mosaic Candy Shop, focusing on creating highly-designed mosaic kits from upcycled production tile misfits.
