Todd Kearns

Todd Kearns is an experienced plant management professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Mercury Plastics Inc. since October 2019, Todd has previously held managerial roles at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES and rPlanet Earth, where responsibilities included overseeing supply chain, recycling, manufacturing, and quality departments. Prior positions include Plant Manager roles at Kerry and PLASTIC RECLAMATION PARTNERS, LLC, where Todd focused on safety, production efficiency, and operations optimization. Todd's earlier experience includes maintenance management at Dr Pepper Snapple Group and World Class Manufacturing management at Saint-Gobain Containers. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master's in Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest.
