Robert Auger

Robert Auger has an extensive background in operations and management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Marmon Holdings, Inc. since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Plant Director at Prysmian Group from April 2022 to August 2025, and Vice President of Operations at Champlain Cable Corporation from August 2017 to June 2021. Robert has also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Comtran Cable from June 2004 to June 2018, served as Plant Manager at Alpha Wire from June 2002 to May 2004, and was the Director of Supply Chain/Operations at C&M Corporation for nearly two decades, from October 1983 to May 2002.
