Isabella Tyszka

Isabella Tyszka is a skilled professional with a strong background in political science and public affairs. Currently serving as an Associate at Mercury Public Affairs since May 2023, Isabella previously held positions that showcased expertise in organization, editing, and research. Notable experiences include interning at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where Isabella organized the 11th Annual Undergraduate Research Writing Conference, and working as Editor for the Eagleton Political Journal, managing author correspondence and quality assurance for published articles. As a Research Assistant at the National Institute for Early Education Research, Isabella contributed to data validation and analysis for the annual State of Preschool Yearbook. Isabella's leadership capabilities were evident as Co-President of the Rutgers Women's Center Coalition, fostering social activism and community discussions.
