Bruce Malley

Bruce Malley is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Embedded Engineering at Mercury Systems since June 2009, Bruce oversees a team of 12 engineers, driving the planning, development, and quality assurance of BIOS, IPMI, and Diagnostic firmware for embedded systems. Bruce has successfully navigated challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, implemented Agile methodologies, and enhanced testing processes through continuous code inspection. Previous roles include positions as Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made in operating systems and firmware development. Prior experience includes a technical internship at Progress Software focusing on coding standards and software architecture.
