Jonathan Mendoza

Jonathan Mendoza is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in leading engineering and technical programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager at Mercury Systems since October 2023, Jonathan oversees the full lifecycle of technical programs focused on advanced electronic warfare and microelectronics systems. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at BAE Systems, Inc. for over four years in multiple capacities, including Senior Engineering Program Manager and Sr Principal Engineer - Lead, where responsibilities included driving engineering strategy and leading complex defense projects. Jonathan also held positions at Ultra Electronics, National Technical Systems Inc., QuadTech, Inc., and Venture, contributing to nuclear engineering projects, medical product compliance, and electrical engineering. Jonathan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds certificates in Medical Device Design from Underwriters Laboratories University.
