Kim Allen

Kim Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international growth and account management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of International Growth at Mercury Systems since February 2020, Kim is also a member of the International Leadership Team. Prior to this, Kim held various roles at Future Electronics, including European Business Manager and Supplier Development Manager for EMEA, focusing on growth execution and key relationship building. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Microsemi Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed restructuring the Tactical Marketing Department and driving OEM and channel revenue growth in EMEA and APAC regions. Additional roles at Avnet Memec and Azzurri Technology Ltd further solidified expertise in technical marketing and military business development. Kim holds a BSc in Physiology, Biochemistry, and Nutrition of Farm Animals from the University of Reading, alongside A' Levels from Island School in Hong Kong.
