Taymor Kamrany

Taymor Kamrany is a seasoned business development and capture leader with extensive experience in the defense and avionics sectors. Currently serving as Capture Director at Mercury Systems since August 2020, Taymor has led initiatives for airborne USAF and select DoD programs, formulating market strategies and customer engagement plans. Prior to this role, Taymor held the position of Director of Business Development & Capture at ENSCO Avionics, focusing on safety-critical software and hardware for the DoD. In earlier positions, Taymor facilitated business development for Esterline Technologies, Alelo, and Raytheon Company, where significant contributions were made to strategic planning and capture execution for multimillion-dollar programs. Taymor holds an MBA in International Business from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
