Tom Phelps

Tom Phelps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering across various high-tech companies. Currently serving as Director of Product at Mercury Systems since June 2025, Tom previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at RISE™ Robotics from June 2022 to June 2025. Prior to that, Tom worked at Accion Systems where roles included Vice President of Engineering and Product, and Vice President of Product from May 2019 to June 2022. Tom's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of New Products at Endeavor Robotics between April 2016 and May 2019. Additionally, Tom spent nearly seven years at iRobot, where roles spanned from Director of Robotics Products, North America to PackBot Program Manager. Tom holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, obtained in January 1999, and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, completed in January 1994.
